CHOCOLATE - TOPPED OATMEAL BARS 
1 (9.9 oz.) pkg. coconut-pecan frosting mix
3 c. reg. oats, uncooked
1 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter

Combine frosting mix, oats, butter and sugar; stir until blended. Press into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan; bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.

Combine chocolate morsels and peanut butter in top of double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts. Spread over oat layer. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Cut into bars. Yield: 4 dozen.
