COATINGS:

Cru shed toffee candy
Oatmeal cookie crumbs
Toasted flaked coconut
Chocolate sprinkles
Miniature chocolate chips
Crushed peppermint candy

Cut ice cream crosswise into 4 pieces. Put 3 back into freezer. Mark block crosswise in thirds and put a popsicle stick in each piece. Cut at markings. Return to freezer and repeat with remaining 3 pieces. Freeze for at least 15 minutes. Then roll in choice of coating and serve. Makes 12. Great for kids' parties.
