CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
Chicken (3 breast halves), boiled and cut into sm. pieces
1 sm. pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
1 stick of butter, melted
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. chicken broth
Seasoning to taste (salt, pepper, poultry seasoning)

Put stuffing mix and butter in a bowl and stir until moist. Put 3/4 of mix in a 9 x 12 inch baking dish and spread evenly. Place chicken pieces evenly over the stuffing mix. Combine cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth; mix well. Pour this mixture over the chicken and sprinkle remaining stuffing mix on top. Season to taste. Cover with aluminum foil and bake covered at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour; then uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes until done.
