3 lbs. raisins
2 lbs. dates
1 c. molasses
2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. nuts
2 c. shortening
7 c. flour
4 eggs
3 c. strong coffee
4 lbs. candied fruit

Bake 2 hours at 250 degrees. Makes about 6 loaves. Use standard bread pans. Either line with waxed paper or grease the pans.
