SOUR DOUGH COFFEE CAKE 
TOPPING:

Blend and set aside:

1/2 c. nuts
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cinnamon

COFFEE CAKE BATTER:

2 c. plus 1 tbsp. flour
2 c. starter, (sour dough)
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. raisins
1 c. crushed fruit, (your choice), drained

Combine ingredients for cake batter, beat for 2 minutes. Sprinkle on topping and bake in a preheated 350°F oven until cake tests done, about 35 minutes, depending upon size of pan.
