BARBECUED RIBS 
3 lb. country style ribs
1 c. ketchup
1/3 c. bourbon
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. prepared steak sauce
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Arrange ribs in a 8x12 inch baking dish. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on high for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and let stand for 10 minutes.

Drain ribs well and spoon half of the sauce over them. Cover baking dish with wax paper and microwave on medium for 30 minutes.

Turn ribs over. Pour the rest of the sauce over them and recover with wax paper. Microwave on medium for 20 minutes more. Let ribs stand for about 10 minutes before serving. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
