BARBECUED RIBS 
3 to 4 lbs. meaty country style ribs or spare ribs
2 onions, sliced
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. salt
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. catsup
3 to 4 tbsp. brown sugar

Cut spareribs into pieces, if desired. Place in a roaster and cover with sliced onions. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.

Baste occasionally, turning meat once or twice. Remove cover last 15 minutes to brown ribs. Enjoy! This can be refrigerated overnight before baking. 4 to 6 servings.
