BARBECUED SPARE RIBS 
4 to 5 lbs. country pork ribs
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. brown sugar
1 to 2 onions, chopped
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Cut ribs into individual pieces. Boil ribs in pot of water for 20 minutes. Mix all remaining ingredients together. Put ribs in baking dish. Pour mixed ingredients over ribs. Cover and bake for about 2 hours in 350 degree oven. Uncover ribs for the last 30 minutes; turn and baste.
