PEANUT CRUNCHIES 
3/4 lb. chocolate chips
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 c. Spanish peanuts
2 c. dry chow mein noodles (Corn Flakes)

Put chocolate into saucepan and melt slowly over low heat (do not cook). Stir in evaporated milk. Stir in peanuts and Corn Flakes a little at a time until they are well coated with the chocolate mixture. Carefully place spoonsful of the mixture onto wax paper and cool until set.
