VEGETABLE SOUP 
2 1/2-3 lb. round steak, cut into 1" cubes
2-3 qt. water
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1 sm. bay leaf
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
5 cloves
2 tsp. salt (or as needed)
Potatoes, cubed
Carrots, sliced
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash

Mix all of above in a very large kettle. Simmer 3 hours. You may add a soup bone or any other vegetables you prefer.
