GUILT-FREE ROASTED POTATOES 
4 lg. Russet potatoes, cut lengthwise into quarters
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried basil, crumbled
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Freshly ground pepper
PAM (vegetable oil spray)

Scrub potatoes, cut into quarters, spray potatoes with PAM.

Mix together all remaining ingredients. Press all sides of the potatoes firmly into the mixture; place cut side down on a cookie sheet that has been coated with PAM.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, then turn potatoes so the other cut side is against the baking sheet. Roast another 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
