VEGETABLE SANDWICH 
1 c. fine grated carrot
1/4 c. minced celery
1/8 c. minced green pepper
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. Durkee dressing
3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. salad pickle

Drain vegetables on paper towels. Add salt to taste. Mix cream cheese with 1/2 cup mayonnaise or more if needed. Add all the other ingredients and spread.
