MEATBALLS AND EGG NOODLES 
1 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. beef bouillon
1/2 c. red cooking wine
Egg noodles

Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, salt and pepper. Roll into balls 1" in diameter. Heat oil in a large skillet, add onion and meatballs. Cook until light brown on all sides. Add bouillon and wine, bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve over egg noodles. Serves 6.
