SHRIMP AND EGG NOODLES | |
1/4 c. melted butter 2 tbsp. finely chopped onions 3 cloves minced garlic 1 lb. peeled raw shrimp 1 tbsp. chopped parsley Dash of paprika 1/4 tsp. Tabasco 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 tbsp. flour 1 tbsp. water 2 tbsp. white wine 1 1/2 tsp. salt Cooked med. noodles Butter & Parmesan for topping with the egg noodles Melt butter in a 2 quart dish. Saute onion and garlic on high for 2 minutes. Add shrimp, parsley, paprika, Tabasco and pepper. Cover and cook on high for 7 minutes or until shrimp are pink and tender. Stir once or twice. Stir in the flour, water, wine and salt. Cook on high for 2 minutes, or until thick. Serve over medium egg noodles that have been tossed with butter and Parmesan cheese. Serves 4. |
