SHRIMP AND EGG NOODLES 
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. finely chopped onions
3 cloves minced garlic
1 lb. peeled raw shrimp
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Dash of paprika
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. white wine
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Cooked med. noodles
Butter & Parmesan for topping with the egg noodles

Melt butter in a 2 quart dish. Saute onion and garlic on high for 2 minutes. Add shrimp, parsley, paprika, Tabasco and pepper. Cover and cook on high for 7 minutes or until shrimp are pink and tender. Stir once or twice.

Stir in the flour, water, wine and salt. Cook on high for 2 minutes, or until thick.

Serve over medium egg noodles that have been tossed with butter and Parmesan cheese. Serves 4.

Excellent recipe, quick to make, only downside 1 1/2 tsp of salt is too much for my taste. had to add more water and wine to kill the saltiness.

This was fun and DELICIOUS! But use your judgment everywhere it says "on high". And salt to taste. Loved it. (Didn't have parmesan and substituted a little grated cheddar.)
