1/2 c. milk
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. salt

GLAZE:

1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. mustard
1 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix all ingredients (except glaze) well. Then mix glaze and pour over hamburger mixture that has been packed in a loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

Note: You can this great in the microwave:

Cover microwaveable dish with wax paper and cook 12 minutes 70% power. Rotate dish 1/2 turn and cook 13-16 minutes longer on high or until done.
