2 c. raw peanuts
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. Nestles Quik
1/2 c. water

In heavy saucepan, combine peanuts, sugar, chocolate and water. Over medium heat cook until mixture crystalizes and coats peanuts, about 10 minutes. Spread peanuts on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Bake in low oven for 15 minutes. Turn and bake 15 minutes more. Cool. Makes 4 cups.
