CHOCOLATE COVERED PEANUT BUTTER
COOKIES

1 qt. peanut butter
3 lbs. confectioners' sugar
1 lb. butter

Mix together and shape into balls.

12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Paraffin wax

Melt in double boiler and dip ball into chocolate. Cool on wax paper.
