1 stick melted butter
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix ingredients. Press into 9"x13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; cool.

Mix: 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip

Put on crust. Mix: 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 tsp. vanilla 3 c. milk

Put on top of first layer. Cover with Cool Whip. Grate Hershey and sprinkle on top.
