CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
STEP 1:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter

Crumble and put into medium Pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

STEP 2:

8 oz. soft cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
6 oz. Cool Whip

Mix cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip and vanilla. Spread on crust.

STEP 3:

1 lg. pkg. pudding mix
1/2 c. toasted pecans

Mix according to package directions. Spread over cream cheese. Top with nuts. Serves 6 people.
