CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DELIGHT 
1 box graham crackers
2 sm. pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding mixes
3 1/2 c. cold milk
1 lg. container Cool Whip
3 tsp. butter
2 sq. baking semi-sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. white syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar

Line 9 x 12 inch pan with graham crackers. Combine pudding with cold milk. Whip until thick. Add Cool Whip and mix until smooth. Spread half of this over graham crackers.

Next follow with another layer of graham crackers. Fourth layer: pudding mixture. Fifth layer: graham crackers. Final layer is chocolate mixture.

For chocolate mixture: Melt butter and chocolate. Add syrup, vanilla, milk and confectioners' sugar. Mix well and cool thoroughly. Spread over graham crackers and refrigerate. This dessert is best made the night before.
