1 box Duncan Hines butter fudge cake mix
1/4 c. melted butter
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
1 pkg. chocolate chips

Mix first 5 ingredients good and add chocolate chips. Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan for 45 minutes at 325 degrees then bake 10 minutes longer at 300 degrees. Cool cake. Ice with: 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 tbsp. milk

Cream cheese and add sugar and milk. Mix well.
