ONE SKILLET SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions
1 can (28 oz.) tomatoes
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti (broken)
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar or Mozzarella cheese

In skillet, brown meat and onions, drain. Stir in tomatoes with liquid and all other ingredients except cheese. Heat to boiling. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer, stirring frequently until spaghetti is tender (if necessary add extra water). Sprinkle on cheese; cover and heat only until cheese melts. Serves 6.
