EASY ONE SKILLET LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
2 cans spaghetti sauce
2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (1 lb.) pkg. mini-lasagna noodles
1/2 c. water

In large, deep skillet brown ground beef. Drain fat. In same skillet add spaghetti sauce, noodles and water. Heat until boiling then simmer covered until noodles are soft. Stir often. Ten minutes before serving, add 1 cup of each cheese and stir in. Then top with remaining cheese and heat until cheese is melted. Serve with garlic bread.
