EASY LASAGNA 
1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu sauce (I like Thick and Hearty)
1 small onion, chopped
1 small can mushrooms, drained
1/2 (1 lb.) box lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
2 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated

Grease a 9x13-inch pan. Spread layer of sauce in bottom of pan. Layer remaining ingredients in order given, as many layers as desired. Use all the sauce. Pour 1 cup water over all.

Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes. Serve with hot French garlic bread.
