It was ok, it was very simple. There wasn't enough sauce at all, so I would double it. I contemplated putting it into a smaller casserole dish to help with that but didn't. It came out kind of runny too, but could have been because I used 1% cottage cheese, however I used a slotted spoon while spooning it to rid of the excess liquid. I added way more spices as well. Good basis though

This recipe is very simple but i found that there wasnt enough sauce. i used the already cooked noodles so it requires alot of liquid in order to soften up. so i cut up my onions and minced my garlic until the ground beef was browned then i added some orginal motts clamoto just until the ground beef was almost covered and let it simmer a bit then afterwards i added my spaghetti sauce. i also like to add my own spices to the meat such as, seasoning salt, meat tenderizer, garlic salt, itailian seasoning, black pepper. i also spooned more than 1 cup of meat sauce on my first layer and added enough cheese to perfectly cover the layer.
