OREO CAKE 
1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
16 oz. cream cheese
1 lg. instant chocolate pudding
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 stick butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Crumb Oreo cookies, hold out 1/3 cup and put remains in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Add melted butter and pat down evenly. Cool until hard. Combine half of Cool Whip, all of cream cheese and sugar. Spread evenly and cool until firm (put in freezer).

Prepare pudding, spread evenly. Chill until firm. Add remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with 1/3 cup Oreo crumbs. Keep refrigerated.
