AMBROSIA CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges with juice

Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

1 med. can crushed pineapple
1 med. carton whipped topping
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding

Mix pineapple (do not drain) and vanilla pudding with spoon in large bowl, set in refrigerator, until it starts to thicken (about 10 minutes). Stir in the carton of whipped topping. Spread topping on the cake and refrigerate.
