1 yellow cake mix
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges (save juice from oranges plus water to equal 3/4 c.)

Combine all ingredients except oranges and mix for 2 minutes at medium speed. Then add oranges and mix slowly for 1 minute. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until done. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1 Cool Whip (9 oz.)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (20 oz.)
3 drops vanilla
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (sm.)

Mix all together and spread over cake. Keep refrigerated.
