BAILEY'S IRISH CREAM 
1 1/4 c. whiskey
1 1/2 c. whipping cream
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 tbsp. Hershey chocolate syrup
1/4 tsp. coconut extract
3 eggs

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend 1 minute. Keeps for 30 days in refrigerator.
