POOR MAN'S LASAGNE 
1 sm. pkg. lasagne (9 strips)
1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. dry spaghetti mix
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can water
1 1/2 lbs. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese
1 sm. cottage cheese

Brown hamburger, add dry sauce, tomato sauce, and water, let simmer. Boil lasagne until tender, lay out on a paper towel to get excess water off. "Pam" the bottom of a 9 x 12 or larger baking dish. Spoon in sauce, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, then 3 strips of lasagne on top of that. Start over ending with the grated cheese. You should get three layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, then let set for 15 minutes before you serve.
