MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1. 2 c. flour
2. 1 tsp. salt
3. 1 tsp. baking powder
4. 2 tsp. baking soda
5. 1/2 c. cocoa
6. 2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 c. hot coffee
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift together first 6 ingredients. Add oil, coffee and milk. Beat 2 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes. Mixture will be very thin. Pour into 9 x 13 x 2 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
