MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1ST STEP:

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

2ND STEP:

8 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water

3RD STEP:

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder

Cream 2 cups of sugar, 1/2 cup butter. Beat in 2 teaspoons vanilla and 1 egg at a time.

In small pan mix 8 tablespoons of cocoa and 1 cup hot water. Bring to a boil, then add one cup of cold water. Beat well.

Add to creamed mixture, 2 cups of flour, 2 teaspoons baking soda, 2 teaspoons baking powder and cocoa mixture. Beat for 2 minutes on high speed.

Put in 9x13 pan lightly greased and floured. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Do not overbake.
