MOIST CHOCOLATE MAYO CAKE | |
1 devil food cake mix with pudding in mix 1 c. water 1 c. mayonnaise 3 eggs Mix ingredients, beat 3 minutes, with mixer on high. Lightly oil pan on bottom 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until cake is done (when it pulls away from sides of pan). Remove from oven. Glaze with favorite chocolate icing, while cake is still hot. Leave in pan, cut in squares. Betty Crocker or Pillsbury, gives best results. |
