2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. water
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream sugar and mayonnaise in a large bowl. Mix all ingredients together, Alternately add dry ingredients and water to sugar mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
