MAYONNAISE CAKE 
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 cup flour
dash of salt
1 cup salad dressing
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup warm water
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients and beat for 2 minutes. Flour bottom of 13 X 9 inch baking pan.

Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Very moist cake. Leave plain or sprinkle with confection sugar.
