MINT STICK BROWNIES 
2 squares chocolate
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. peppermint flavoring
1/2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts (opt.)

Thoroughly mix ingredients and bake in 9" square pan (well greased) at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

MINT FROSTING:

2 tbsp. butter
1 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1 tbsp. milk or cream
1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring
Green food coloring

Thoroughly mix and frost Brownies when completely cooled.
