PIZZELLES 
1 doz. jumbo eggs
2 c. melted Crisco, cooled
1 cube melted butter, cooled
3 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. oil of anise
6 - 7 c. flour

Beat eggs in large bowl. Beat well, gradually add sugar. Gradually add 3 cups flour. Add melted shortening. Add flavoring. Add remaining flour as needed.
