MARINATED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. white wine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 to 1 c. soy sauce
1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken, cut up
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine wine, oil, soy sauce, ginger, ground mustard, salt and pepper in blender and blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes.

Pierce chicken parts with fork and place in medium to large bowl. Cover with all the ingredients from blender. Cover. Marinate for 6 hours to 2 days. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
