MARINATED CHICKEN 
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. Kikkoman sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. coarsely ground pepper
1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 frying chickens, disjointed

Mix first 9 ingredients; pour over chicken. Refrigerate overnight. Place chickens and small amount of oil mixture in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yield: 12 servings.
