BEEF OR VENISON STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. beef or venison, cubed
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped
4 c. cooked rice or noodles
Salt and pepper, to taste

Cook beef and onions in butter. When brown, stir in soup and sour cream. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer until beef is tender. Serve over noodles or rice. Season with soy sauce, to taste.
