BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak
2 tbsp. butter
6 oz. can mushrooms
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. water
1 c. French onion potato chip dip
2 tbsp. flour

Cut steak into strips 1/4 inch wide and 2 inches long. Brown steak in butter. Add mushrooms and onions. Season with garlic salt, cook until tender. Dissolve 2 beef bouillon cubes in 1 cup boiling water. Pour over steak. Simmer 10 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons flour to French onion dip. Stir into meat mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Serve over rice or noodles.
