BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. sliced & cubed round steak
1/4 c. flour
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. butter
1 (4 oz.) bottle mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can Campbell's beef broth
1 c. sour cream
3 c. cooked noodles, flat

Take round steak and cover with flour and pepper. In large skillet or Dutch oven, brown meat in butter. Add mushrooms and onion, then stir in beef broth. Cover; cook 1 to 1/12 hours until meat is tender. Stir in sour cream over low heat 5 minutes. Serve over noodles.
