BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. stew beef, cubed into bite-size pieces
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
1 can sliced mushrooms
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 sm. container of sour cream
Egg noodles

Brown beef and onion soup in 2 tablespoons oil. Add mushroom soup and about a cup of water. Simmer until ready to serve. Stir in sour cream and egg noodles. (You may have to add more water for noodles.)
