OVEN BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 1/2 lb. round steak
1 onion, minced
1 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash hot pepper sauce
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. hot water
3/4 tsp. salt

Cut beef in 1/8 inch thick strips and cook slowly in skillet with butter until meat loses it's red color. Add onions and saute until transparent. Remove from skillet and place in casserole dish. Melt rest of butter in skillet, add flour, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and hot sauce. This will be very thick.

Slowly add the water and bouillon cubes and cook until slightly thickened. Beat in sour cream. Pour over meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, uncovered. Serve over cooked rice.
