BEEF KABOBS 
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. caraway seeds
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
12 mushrooms
2 lbs. beef round steak, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
1 green pepper, cut into cubes
1 onion, sliced

Combine first 6 ingredients. Stir well. Add beef cubes and marinate overnight. Gently toss beef cubes, pepper, mushrooms, and onion with tomato mixture. Thread alternately on skewers. Place on rack over hot charcoal. Grill 8-10 minutes. Baste and turn several times during cooking.
