KABOBS ITALIANO 
2 lb. sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
2 lg. onions
1 lb. fresh mushroom caps
2 green peppers, cut into 1-inch squares
1 lb. yellow squash, cut into 2-inch thick slices
1 c. Italian dressing

Combine meat cubes and vegetables; add salad dressing, and marinate in refrigerator 3 hours, turning occasionally. Drain, reserving marinade. Alternate meat and vegetables on skewers. Grill over medium heat 10-15 minutes or until desired doneness, basting meat and vegetables with marinade and turning occasionally. Yield: 6 servings.
