MEATBALLS-N-SOUR CREAM 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 tbsp. dried onions
1/2 c. beef broth
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. garlic
2 tsp. dried dill
3 tbsp. flour

Mix ground chuck and onions into meatballs. Brown in butter and simmer about 10 minutes.

In a separate skillet mix beef broth, sour cream, garlic, dill and flour until slightly thickened, stirring. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
