MEATBALLS IN SOUR CREAM 
1 lb. ground beef
8 crackers, crushed
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
Salt and garlic salt, pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. marjoram
2 leaves rosemary, broken fine
1/2 c. hot water
1/2 bouillon cube
1/2 pt. sour cream or less
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour with enough water for thickening gravy

Mix together well beef, crackers, milk, egg, salt, garlic salt, pepper, oregano, marjoram, and rosemary. Form into balls. Fry onion and butter until transparent. Remove from pan and set aside. Brown meatballs in pan. Mix bouillon cube and hot water and add to meatballs, also add transparent onions. Simmer covered for 1/2 hour. Remove meatballs, add flour to thicken gravy, then stir in sour cream and lemon juice. Return meatballs to gravy and simmer until sour cream is heated through. Serves 4-6.
