PENNSYLVANIA PEPPER CABBAGE 
1/2 head cabbage, chopped fine
1 stem of celery, chopped fine
1/2 green or red pepper, chopped fine

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. oil or water
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. celery seed, optional

Mix and refrigerate. Keeps for several days.
