CABBAGE PEPPER SLAW 
4 c. finely shredded crisp cabbage
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Combine chilled vegetables. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring to dissolve sugar. Pour dressing over vegetables; toss lightly. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
